KEVIN SALINE, Sales/ Customer Service Manager

   Kevin has worked his way through the ranks and now is proud to be the Inside Sales/ Customer Service Manager at Quala-Die, Inc.  Kevin began his career in Powdered Metal right out of High School attending the Pennsylvania College of Technology (formerly WACC of Williamsport, PA). 

He prides himself in being able to help his customers with any issue they have.  Kevin feels that good business is more than providing the best in precision tooling, it is about servicing the customer and exceeding their needs and requirements on an everyday basis.   Kevin started on the shop floor in 1994 and worked his way up through 3rd Shift Supervisor, to Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and now Inside Sales/ Customer Service Manager.

Living in Emporium with his wife of 25 years, they raised two sons. The oldest is serving our country in the Army, at Fort Stewert Georgia, and the other is attending college, at Penn State.  He has coached sports for the last 15 years and enjoys hunting, motorcycle riding, and spending time with his family.


KEN LEVENDUSKI, Sales/ Customer Service Representative

 Kenneth Levenduski  Ken Levenduski is our newest Inside Sales/ Customer Service representative...  New to Quala-Die but not new to the PM Industry, Ken was born and raised in St.Marys the “Powder Metal Capital of the World” and from a young age knew he wanted a career in the industry.  He began by working his way through the ranks as a Press Operator, progressed to Die Setting then set his sights on the tooling aspect…  He began as a Machinist Apprentice, achieved Journeyman Tool & Die Maker and eventually was promoted to Tool & Die Shop Supervisor.

His motivation, unique skill set and over 30 years’ experience in the field has been recognized by Quala-Die to enhance their continued commitment to Customer Satisfaction!  Ken is excited to meet the customers of Quala-Die, hopes to form long-lasting relationships and is confident to add value to the already terrific team.  He has a strong work ethic and believes in honesty, integrity, and treating others as you would prefer to be treated.

Ken is happily married to his High School sweetheart Lorrie for 32 years and they have three adult children, two of which and a Son-in-Law are Penn State Alumni.  Ken is an avid turkey/ deer hunter and also enjoys trout fishing. He loves to travel and enjoys going to camp, boating, golf, classic cars, being with family, friends, and pretty much anything outdoors.  Ken is actively involved in his faith, and is a 30+ year member of the Knights of Columbus. 


SCOTT HABERBERGER, Outside Sales Engineer/ Customer Service Representative

 Scott Haberberger joined us in January 2017 as a Sales Engineer, focusing on outside sales and business development for Quala-Die and a variety of work for Penn United Technologies.  A large part of Scott’s role will be supporting Quala-Die’s inside sales and customer service staff as needed.          

Scott was born and raised in St. Marys, PA and spent the last 20 years in various roles in the powder metal industry, including product engineering and account management. We are confident his broad experience in the industry will bring benefits to our customers, Quala-Die, and Penn United.
